Argentine Organization for Latin American Studies
The Organizatión Argentina para el estudio e investigación de América Latina (OAAL) was founded in 1986 by Argentinian academinicians in the humanities, social sciences, literature, and the arts to develop interdisciplinary programs on Latin America. OAAL hopes to strengthen the relations among nations in Latin America and to seek contacts with scholars worldwide by engaging in academic exchanges, sharing research and teaching methodologies and research projects, and encouraging intercultural research.
